Very recently, we had to answer the question, "Why Housewright?" When working with a couple considering the construction of a new home. They came to us with an idea of what they wanted that we drafted into preliminary plans for estimating purposes. When the rough budget was complete, we were concerned that it was a bit expensive. We asked ourselves, can they build this house for less money with someone else? We answered to ourselves in the affirmative -- but - we also determined the value for the money expended could outweigh some of the more costly issues that can arise when choosing a builder by price alone. One-of-a-kind -- we have yet to build the same home twice. While some details have been duplicated, each home is as individual as you are.

Trustworthiness -- when you hire a GC, they are spending YOUR money. We have an open book policy at Housewright and track every penny of your project.

We concluded that while we might not save our potential clients any money up front (but may not cost them any more either) we can help spare them the headaches and hassles and costly repairs and renovations that come with not having it done right the first time.
