Project One:

The Builder's Own New Home

What kind of a home does a custom builder create for himself? A lovely showpiece with antique pine floors, stone countertops, amazing fossil flooring, state-of-the-art heating system, custom fabricated heated baseboard coverings, and more! What issues were encountered? To begin with, the site required blasting. The solution - an experienced blasting crew that not only cleared the space for the foundation, but allowed for use of the rock blasted from the cavity in the drive court and fireplace of the home.

Project Two:

New Architect-designed Home

Clients from across the country desired an architect-designed home in a lovely northern New England setting. They needed a home that blended into and enhanced the area while providing a truly comfortable and relaxing home. Unique challenges arose: the ability to adjust the heating system prior to arrival, and a state of the art multimedia system integrated with the lighting system.
